Field Company Cast Iron Skillets

$100.00
SizeNo.4 Skillet - 6 ¾ inches

We are very excited to offer these skillets. Field Company has revived an old-school way of making cast iron that chefs have been hunting down in vintage cookware for decades.

Made in the USA with recycled iron, they use green sand castings for a smoother, thinner surface than most modern cast iron. These skillets give you that old Griswold or Wagner vibe your grandma probably had.

The magic? A perfectly crafted, pre-seasoned cast iron skillet that gets even better with time. Just give it some TLC with use — rinse with warm water, scrub off the bits, dry it, and coat it with a bit of seasoning oil. Also preheating your pan before cooking makes a world of difference too.

It may sound like a lot, but it gets easier (and more rewarding) as you build up that perfect nonstick surface. There’s nothing like a flawlessly seared steak or crispy veggies in a cast iron skillet, and the Field Company is your ticket to that.
