Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be processed the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 5-8 day economy shipping and 3-4 day standard shipping within the US. Shipping is FREE for all orders of $100 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping worldwide.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Timelines for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
For international orders, please note that complete tracking information may not always be available. Fifth Quarter Kitchenware LLC is not responsible for any loss that may occur once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
LOST PACKAGES: For packages that may have been lost in transit, we will wait seven days after the original delivery date to see if the package arrives late. From our experience, giving that extra time often allows time for the shipper or customer to locate the package and get it out for re-delivery.
USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
Please be advised that if your package does not arrive, you can file a claim directly with the USPS on their website. Fifth Quarter Kitchenware LLC is not able to reimburse or re-ship orders that are mis-delivered, lost in transit, or stolen after delivery. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fifthquarterkitchenware.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
